We do this by teaching resiliency coping mechanisms rooted in yoga movement and philosophy to instill self-awareness and mindfulness skills that are scientifically proven to create greater mental clarity and focus.

Mindfulness in the Classroom Program is a fully customized school-wide program for schools offering K-12th grade that are passionate about advocating for their students through yoga movement and mindfulness. Interested schools partner with their administrators, educators and 108 Wellness to bring mindfulness & yoga practices as an innovative way to promote movement, self-care, mindfulness, and self-regulation.

108 Wellness offers a comprehensive program that encompasses the following components:

  1. Customized Curriculum: We recognize that each school has unique needs. Our team will collaborate closely with educators to tailor a curriculum that aligns with these specific needs and objectives.

  2. Professional Training: Certified yoga and mindfulness instructors will provide comprehensive training sessions for teachers, empowering them to seamlessly integrate these practices into their lessons.

  3. Resource Materials: We will equip schools with all necessary materials, including yoga mats, props, and mindfulness resources, ensuring a smooth and effective program rollout.
