Gentle hatha yoga actively targets the connective tissues of the body that are normally not exercised like the hips, pelvis and lower spine. This type of yoga is a slower paced, meditative practice. Benefits include reduced stress & anxiety, promoted mindfulness, improved joint mobility, improved flexibility, promoted feelings of deep calmness.

chair yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga done by sitting in a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair as support. This type of yoga is great for people 65+, people with chronic health conditions, people with limited mobility and people who work in an office. Benefits include increased balance & flexibility, improved muscle tone & strength, boosted mood & mental well-being & reduced chronic pain.

Each lunch & learn features a 60 min workshop on “How to Create a Healthy Work/Life Balance”. Introducing topics on stress management, the importance of self-care, and more!
